Conference programme
The conference programme is the organised schedule of a meeting: sessions, presentations, chairs, rooms and times, usually derived from accepted submissions.
Organisers distinguish the scientific programme (what is presented, in which track) from social or logistics schedules. Building a programme means grouping accepted abstracts into sessions, assigning chairs, avoiding clashes, and publishing something attendees can trust. If the programme is a slide deck disconnected from abstract records, every withdrawal becomes a manual hunt. In Eventumbot the programme is an operational object that can feed the event website and the conference app so a room change is not a third PDF.
